Warrior Dash

Here are some pictures of the Warrior Dash I just did this weekend. It was a blast! Can't wait to do it next year!

We took off for a couple of days and enjoyed this summer before it left us. We enjoyed the science museum and the zoo.

The girls were great! They both enjoyed each day and are now sound asleep in their own beds.

baseball

We enjoyed that start of summer break by going to a baseball game last night. It was a GREAT night! The highlight was coming out of the baseball game to find our car was in the parking garage and the parking garage doors were closed! It was an adventure! Madison even was given a baseball mitt. She was so proud she slept with it last night and this morning she asked for a baseball.

We watched the game right on the field next to the player's dugout. It was fun!

We are all doing well. Isabelle is very active and cutting more and more teeth. She has taken a couple of steps and soon to be walking. Madison is sad school's over but still finds herself playing with her friends daily. We are getting ready for birthdays around here and doing yard work. We have wonderful weather it is so nice. Dave just left to go run 14 miles! He is a dedicated guy..training for 26.2 miles. I am trying to save my veg. plants from slugs.

She has graduated Preschool today! Where did this year go?

She loved it so. She had such a GREAT teacher!

We had a great time down south. Unfortunately we had to come back to rain and responsibilities. Here are some pictures of our fast but wonderful trip. It is just had fitting everything in...in a week.

Madison had her end of the school year performance last night. It was wonderful. She did such a great job. It is hard to believe she is almost done with preschool. Here are some pictures..

We enjoyed the day at the park today then stopped by the library before heading home. It was a fun day with the girls...

Madison enjoyed the monkey bars and Isabelle enjoyed climbing up the playground and going down the slide with her sister.

This is my view lately...I have about a five foot radius to get things done unless I move quickly. However, this little girl is getting very fast. You can see this picture is blurry...well..she just doesn't stop moving.

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day. It all started off with peanut butter Captain Crunch cereal in bed with my sweet little Madison. We snuggled up enjoying our cereal together and watching Scooby-Doo. Then we enjoyed the morning playing together. We all headed off in the afternoon to go enjoy the sunshine at the local farmer's market. Our favorite was the warm donuts!! After the market we went to the columbia river to let Sydney enjoy the water and we could find shells. It was such a nice day we ended up grilling out. My wonderful husband gave me a dozen red roses and a beautiful card that just brought the tears.... and Madison had made me a card at school and grew me some flowers. Isabelle gave me her sweet smile as she was at my feet the whole day. (getting very attached to mom) I have such a wonderful family and I am truly blessed.
