what a day,,,

It is never dull around here.... today I took Madison into the doctors to see if she had strep. Thankfully she is just fine...just a virus. On our way back from the doctors we were rear ended. It all happened so fast. I just saw this car coming up behind us and knew it wasn't stopping. It happened so quick. We were all shaken up but were just fine. The girls cried a little but were okay. I have never been in a car accident before. After being hit and getting off to the side a nice cop stopped to make sure we were okay. No report was written. Just exchanged insurance information. We have damage to our bumper and to our hatch. I think the whole way home after the accident I had a little anxiety about another car hitting us.

Then we hadn't been home 5 minutes and my little one had plugged up the toilet with toilet paper and she was trying to flush it down. I walked in just as the water was starting to overflow...she was just looking at it...."uhm momma...it won't go down". Gotta love it!

Needless to say my day has been eventful.

It really puts everything into perspective...what is really important....life and these simple moments that I will cherish forever!
