Oh what a busy weekend...It was wonderful. So much nice weather. 70's. Dave made me a two large planter boxes for a veg. garden. We filled it with soil as the soil out here is all clay. Which is affecting our lawn which has moss on it from so much water/snow this winter. I fixed my hummingbird feeders and now have 3 hummingbirds coming all day long...hung one outside Madison's bedroom and one outside our kitchen. She loves it. She sat in the kitchen window just a watching them. Since we planted new trees we also have lots of birds (also helps to be close to the wildlife refuge) Lots of neat birds. Dave then built me a bird house. He did a great job! Can't wait to put it out. I also have started many different veg/flower seeds indoors under a grow lamp so we will have a GREAT crop this summer. Dave teases me that I am growing weed... or weeds...ha ha..NOT!
Madison had a busy weekend as well. She played with 5 different friends on Sat. and 4 different friends on Sunday. We would all rotate houses. Just when I thought she was done playing. We had just come back from a friends home down the street. Dave said there was someone in Madison's sandbox just waiting for her. Another little girl...they just don't leave do they...
We also found time to get ready for Easter and color Easter eggs.
Madison definitely is SOCIAL. She loves it and it is good for her.
Tomorrow we are headed to the ZOO since I already feel like I am in the zoo around here I figured we should just go....for some peace and quiet...hee hee
