Madison can read!! She surprised me yesterday (Tuesday). We sat down to play school as she had her cute little backpack on and we went through the alphabet then I put up a word. We have been reading a book this week about the letter E with it's long sound. I decided that I would give it a try by writing BEE. She did it! She proceeded to pronounce the letters separately and then say it! It was awesome. She was so proud of herself. We then did some more words.....SEE, HE, ME. And then I threw a different one in there....ZOO (since we just went) and she did it!
Today we are headed back to story time as we have gone through all the books she got last we many many times. Going to keep going on this reading thing....we are so proud of her!
